Desk staff were courteous and helpful. I especially liked the mini fridge in my room.

Great choice for trip. Nice accommodation with WONDERFUL setting really close to the cute shops, and the Glacier park. Clean and fantastic room and exceptionally comfortable beds. A coffeemaker, a couch, and a writing desk were nice.

Complimentary and delicious breakfasts, hotel was kept perfectly clean.

The room was well priced and good sized with 2 queen beds and fireplace, for example and safety measures included safe. I had outstanding food for breakfast with hot eggs etec. The staff were helpful and super friendly day and night.

I was delighted to find that the hotel was just a short walk from Wild Horse Island State Park, offering beautiful views and trails to explore, and the friendly staff really made our experience nice, providing great tips on local attractions.

the noise level between the 3rd & 2nd floor bedroom was loud, I could hear kids running & people turning over in bed

shuttle to and from airport very comfortable bed and bedding convenient location for shopping

The indoor pool and jacuzzi offered some great relaxation after a long day. Just a heads up that the hallways can be a bit slippery when wet, so be careful 😊

Very nice room standard, double room. Clean, comfortable and I like that the sink and mirror were accessible outside toilet and shower. Beautiful breakfast area with lots of natural light. Loved having access to herbal tea and coffee all day!!

I found the front desk staff a little unfriendly, but they were clear and efficient. The eggs were very salty at breakfast and the plastic tongs available were difficult to use in picking up the fruit. A large spoon would be better. A garbage can in the toilet room would be good as well as under the sink. Hooks on the bathroom door for housecoat as a final request. Thank you for your consideration.

The Hampton Inn Kalispell offered a cute atmosphere with clean, spacious rooms. The staff was attentive, quickly assisting me with my luggage and providing helpful recommendations for local dining options.

Loud plumbing noise in adjacent rooms during the night.

Very low toilets are uncomfortable on knees and dangerous for senator's hips. Also the sofa very uncomfortable. Also it was a no smoking room but the staff smoking area was outside our window and came in our room.

The bed was very comfortable

They tried to charge me more than what was originally quoted from Booked.net, toilet & tub were so low they were almost in the ground and this was not a handicap room
